All items are wrapped securely in recycled cardboard to keep them protected in transit. This is for safe shipping rather than presentation — though it always arrives looking lovely.
As every piece is personalised and made just for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges. But your happiness matters — if there's ever a problem with your order, please get in touch and we'll do everything we can to put it right.
