How long until my order is dispatched?
Every item is handmade to order, so we ask for a little time to craft it with care. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days, then sent via Royal Mail.
Can I order an item for a specific date?
Yes — if you need something for a particular date (a birthday, anniversary or event), please get in touch before ordering and we'll do our best to meet it. Custom orders take a little longer than standard items, so it's always worth checking timings with us first.
How do I personalise my item?
On the product page you can type your text or name and upload your photo. A live preview shows how it'll look before you add it to your basket — so you can check everything first.
What makes a good photo for a keyring?
Use the clearest, best-lit and highest-resolution photo you have. Avoid very dark or blurry images. We position and adjust every photo by hand, and we'll always get in touch if there's a problem with one.
Are the photo keyrings double-sided?
Yes! By default a single photo is shown on both sides. You can upload two photos for a different front and back, and add text to either side — or both.
Can I see what my item will look like before I buy?
Yes — our live preview shows your uploaded photo and text in place on the product page as you personalise it, so there are no surprises.
What are your delivery options and costs?
Royal Mail 2nd Class is standard, with a 1st Class upgrade available at checkout, and free UK delivery on many items. Full details are on our Delivery page.
Do you ship outside the UK?
At the moment we ship within the United Kingdom only.
Can I return a personalised item?
Because personalised items are made just for you, they can't be returned unless faulty. If anything arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered, we'll always put it right — see our Returns page.
Do you take custom orders?
Absolutely — it's one of our favourite things. We work with wood, acrylic, metal and more. Send your idea through our Custom Orders page and we'll be in touch.
How do I pay, and is it secure?
Checkout is secure and powered by Stripe. We accept all major cards plus Apple Pay and Google Pay, and your card details never touch our website.
Where are you based?
We're based in Limavady, Northern Ireland — everything is handmade locally and posted UK-wide.
